Blog Etiquette

The purpose of this blog is to provide a forum for students and teachers to share opinions, ideas and thoughts with real audiences. Please note that not all responses to a post will align with the poster’s opinion. Be prepared to agree to disagree.

In order to provide a positive environment for the sharing of ideas it is important that you adhere to the following Blogging  Terms and Conditions:

  •  Students using the blog are expected to act safely by keeping personal information out their posts. Students agree not to post or give out family names, passwords, user names, email addresses, home address, or other information that could help someone locate or contact them in person.
  • Students using the blog agree use only their first name and last name initial or an appropriate nickname.
  • Students will not use the names of classmates or acquaintances.
  • Students will not use any curse words or inappropriate language. Comments are not to include fighting words or words which might provoke anyone.
  • Students will avoid chat language and strive to spell everything correctly.

Please note that all posts and comments are moderated for content before posting to the class blog.  If comments do not adhere to these guidelines they may be edited or not posted.
