Outlook 2013

 Question: When I click on a Word attachment in Outlook, it is opening in reading view and not in Word. How can I correct this?

Open Word 2013, go to File > Options and deselect the box labeled “Open e-mail attachments and other uneditable files in reading view.”

PowerPoint 2013

Question: How do I change the settings in PowerPoint so when I connect to a projector I do not see the extended view?

In PowerPoint, go to File > Options and select Advanced. Scroll down until you see Display. Deselect the option to Automatically extend display when presenting on a laptop or tablet. Click OK and you should be good to go.

Question: As a teacher, I want to share a document with the students in my class. Is there a fast way to get all of my student emails or do I need to search for students one at a time?

I am no longer seeing the Browse option in Office 365.Go to the settings gear in the top right menu bar and click on Show Ribbon.





Question: What is Forms, a new app found in the application launcher, on Office 365? How do I used this app? Is it replacing Excel Survey?
