In PowerPoint, go to File > Options and select Advanced. Scroll down until you see Display. Deselect the option to Automatically extend display when presenting on a laptop or tablet. Click OK.

Duplicate Forms – This handout will explain the process of opening a form that has been shared with you by another teacher or student. A duplicate is a Form that has already been created for you and all you need to do is duplicate it and the results from the document will come to you in the response section of the Form in your account. Question: Why can’t I save directly and/or access my Office 365 account from Office?
Microsoft Office requires that you are logged in and connected to Office 365 to allow for direct access (open/save) to your Office 365 account. If you cannot open or save directly to your Office 365 account, select File – Account and see if your Connected Services are visible. If not, select Sign Out and then sign back using your full email address. You will see your Office 365 account reconnect to Office.
