This book Soul Surfer is a great book about surfing, sharks, and adventure. I know I sure loved it!

Soul Surfer is about a regular beach girl, Bethany Hamilton, who enjoys surfing, but one bad accident changes her whole life. Even with no left arm, Bethany still surfs, being more cautious of sharks and thanking God for letting her live instead of die. This intense autobiography is about how she depends on family and friends to get through the tough times. I promise you this autobiography makes you either feel like your Bethany Hamilton or feel like part of her family. I hope you enjoy it!

On My Own: the Journey Continues by Sally Hobart Alexander is an autobiography. Sally is blinded at the age of 24 and is barley living life with it. She gets her first job as a blind instructor: teaching the newly blinded braille. But what she can teach is how to be blind and loose your hearing.
